1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and pkr99 ("pkr99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr99 platform at pkr99.click, including all sports betting, casino, live casino, fishing games, live cricket scores and any other features offered now or in the future.
By registering an account on pkr99, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the pkr99 platform.
Important: pkr99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform or registered contact information.
These Terms are written in English as the governing language. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version is controlling. Where support materials or notifications are provided in Urdu as a courtesy, the English text prevails.
pkr99 operates under the principle that all interactions on the platform should be fair, transparent and conducted in good faith by both the member and pkr99 itself. Any clause in these Terms that is found to be unenforceable does not affect the enforceability of any other clause.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The pkr99 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit or place any bet on pkr99. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Age Verification: pkr99 may request official documentation to verify your age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds. Real-money winnings accumulated before age verification is requested will be withheld pending verification completion.
You must also be a genuine individual human user. Corporate entities, automated bots, script-based accounts and any form of non-human account registration are prohibited on pkr99. Each individual person is entitled to register only one account. Any member found to have created multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed and any balances held for review.
pkr99 does not knowingly permit play by individuals who are subject to self-exclusion agreements, cooling-off requests or exclusion orders from any gambling platform. If you have excluded yourself from pkr99 or any other platform and you manage to register again in breach of that exclusion, any winnings generated during that period may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Verification
When you register on pkr99 you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
pkr99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents – such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence – and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. This process protects both pkr99 and its members against fraud and money laundering.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr99 login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be pkr99 staff. pkr99 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility.
pkr99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account is grounds for immediate suspension without return of funds.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkr99 account, you must notify pkr99 support immediately via live chat. pkr99 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to report the breach promptly or where the breach resulted from your own negligence with your credentials.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on pkr99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds sent to pkr99 from an international card or account may be rejected or returned at pkr99's discretion.
Accepted payment methods on pkr99 include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. pkr99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account or that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pkr99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect members from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
Withdrawal Delays: pkr99 may hold or delay withdrawal processing where identity verification is pending, where unusual account activity has been detected, where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or where pkr99 is conducting a fraud investigation. Members will be informed of any hold and given the opportunity to resolve it.
Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your pkr99 account within thirty minutes of payment confirmation, contact pkr99 support via live chat with the transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pkr99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL accumulator bonuses and odds boosts on Pakistan cricket matches. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on pkr99 is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, if you deposit Rs 1,000 and receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, the total amount subject to wagering is Rs 3,000 and the wagering requirement at 20x is Rs 60,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Bonus Rules Overview: Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 may not qualify toward bonus wagering. Always check the specific promotion page for exact contribution rates.
Bonuses on pkr99 are intended for genuine entertainment use by real individual players. Any attempt to abuse bonuses – including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using software to manipulate bonus wagering, or hedging bonus bets across related accounts – will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of any associated winnings and potential permanent account closure.
pkr99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is cancelled while you are actively wagering toward its requirements, pkr99 will credit any qualifying portion of your progress in proportion to the wagering completed before cancellation.

6. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on pkr99 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the pkr99 sports betting section. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed on your bet slip. pkr99 operates a 'bet acceptance' model where bets are confirmed at the requested odds where possible. In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay during which odds may change. If the odds change during that delay you will be notified and given the option to accept or reject the revised odds.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake per bet on pkr99 is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by sport, competition and market. pkr99 reserves the right to set individual member stake limits where required for risk management purposes, without prior notice.
In the event that a match or event is postponed, abandoned or not completed within the scheduled window, pkr99 will apply the following rules: markets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours of the original start time for one-day events or 48 hours for multi-day events such as Test cricket. Match winner bets on Test cricket require a result – a draw counts as a valid result. No Result selections are available where applicable.
Obvious pricing errors – where an odds price is manifestly incorrect due to a data feed or technical error – do not bind pkr99. pkr99 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous prices regardless of whether the bet was won or lost. pkr99 will not void winning bets based on routine odds movements or changes in match conditions.

- Cash-out is available on selected markets subject to the cash-out terms
- Accumulator bets require all legs to win – one void leg may be settled as a reduced accumulator
- Same-game multis are subject to correlation restrictions set by pkr99
- In-play betting is subject to network delays and pkr99 accepts no liability for bets affected by stream delays
7. Casino and Live Casino Game Rules
All casino and live casino games available on pkr99 are supplied by third-party software providers who are certified by independent testing laboratories. The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface. pkr99 accepts no responsibility for a member's lack of familiarity with the rules of a specific game.
Casino game outcomes on pkr99 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for online casino slots and table games. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studios. pkr99 does not interfere with the outcome of any casino game.
RTP Information: The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for casino games on pkr99 are the certified values provided by the software supplier. Actual RTP experienced by individual members will vary due to the inherent volatility of casino games and the limited number of rounds any individual plays compared to the statistical base used to calculate the theoretical RTP.
Live casino games on pkr99 are streamed from certified studios. pkr99 is not responsible for technical interruptions to the live stream caused by factors outside its control including third-party network failures. If a live casino game round is interrupted after bets have been placed, pkr99 will resolve the round based on available game data or void the round and return stakes at pkr99's discretion.
Minimum and maximum stakes for casino games are displayed within each game and in the live casino lobby. pkr99 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific members where required for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr99. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances frozen pending investigation and, where evidence supports it, permanently closed with funds withheld.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account per individual person
- Identity fraud: Registering using a false name, stolen identity or another person's payment method
- Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting groups or any other method to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose
- Match manipulation: Betting on events where you have any influence over the outcome or where you have received insider information not available to the general public
- Arbitrage betting at scale: Using automated systems to place systematic arbitrage bets in a manner that exploits pricing errors rather than representing genuine entertainment gambling
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets on pkr99
- Money laundering: Using the pkr99 platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks against deposits made to pkr99
- Collusion in live games: Coordinating with other players or dealers in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage
Fraud Investigation: Where pkr99 identifies suspected prohibited conduct it will suspend the account pending investigation. During investigation, withdrawals will be held. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, any winnings generated through that conduct will be voided and stakes may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
pkr99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time with or without prior notice where pkr99 has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where prohibited conduct has been identified, where a member has made fraudulent or misleading representations, or where pkr99 is required to do so by law or regulatory requirement.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkr99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the member's verified payment method within the standard processing period. Voluntary closure does not forfeit real winnings that have already been credited to the account.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant by pkr99. An administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts. Members will be notified before dormancy fees begin. Members can reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
Where an account is closed by pkr99 as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, pkr99 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and, in cases involving fraud, any associated real-money funds pending legal review. pkr99 will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide transaction data where legally required to do so.
10. Responsible Gaming
pkr99 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity enjoyed within personal financial limits, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. pkr99 provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gambling.

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from pkr99 for a set period from 24 hours up to 6 months
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from pkr99 for a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pkr99 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of pkr99 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using pkr99 and may request account closure with refund of your real-money balance by contacting pkr99 support.
These Terms were last updated in January 2025. pkr99 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically even if you do not receive a notification, as minor clarifications may be made without formal member notice.
